Supply Chain Analyst

As our Supply Chain Analyst, you'll play a key role in making sure our products reach customers around the world quickly, reliably, and cost-effectively. If you love solving problems, working with data, and improving how things move from point A to point B-you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll help optimize how our products move across the globe. Your work will directly impact cost, speed, and customer experience.
You will:
- Analyze shipment data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
- Improve last-mile delivery performance and reduce shipping exceptions
- Monitor order fulfillment to ensure accurate and on-time delivery
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs like delivery speed, cost per shipment, and carrier performance
- Partner with logistics vendors, warehouse teams, and customer support to solve delivery challenges
- Support new systems and tools that improve supply chain operations
- Maintain accurate shipment and inventory records
- Stay up to date on logistics trends, carrier changes, and industry best practices
What You'll Bring

- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analysis
- Strong Excel or data analysis skills
- Ability to turn data into insights and actionable improvements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work both independently and with cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Understanding of shipping, parcel carriers, or distribution is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred)
