Here's the Role:
At a senior level, you will review supply chain data, information, processes, and systems to minimize costs, boost quality, and enable more informed strategic decisions. You will design new or adjusted tools, processes, and procedures to manage complex issues while factoring in limitations and targeted results. Adept at using data to inspire change in process improvement, you may also act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Effective communication is vital in this role as it supports multiple Supply Chain teams and partners.
How You’ll Contribute:
- Research and analyze external market conditions, industry guidelines, and other critical information to develop action plans and financial impacts.
- Develop insights from supplier financial information analysis.
- Perform data analysis to inform inventory and materials management, supply management, and business decisions. Interpret data, draw relevant conclusions, and present efficient recommendations to staff and management.
- Review current supply chain processes, tools, and technology and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
- Develop and apply analytical tools and reports to support LCRA's processes and ensure ongoing compliance and oversight of LCRA's supply chain activities .
How You’re Qualified:
- Nine or more years of experience in supply management, operations analysis, process improvement, project management, business, systems analysis, financial analysis, or other relevant experience.
- A degree in supply management, business, economics, finance, computer science, information systems or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

- Effective communication skills and comfort interacting at various levels within LCRA.
- Experience in analyzing data to propose improvements in processes.
- Proficiency in data and benchmark management.
- Strong performance tracking skills to measure operational efficiency.
