We are seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Analyst to join our team, reporting directly to the Supply Chain Source-to-Pay Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for validating charges, allocating costs for our Drilling, Completions, and Production Teams, and maintaining strong relationships with our suppliers and vendors.
Cost Control & Validation: Validate charges, allocate costs, verify costs with vendors/suppliers, estimate expenditures, and recommend cost-saving measures to upper management.
Supplier Relations: Manage and maintain positive day-to-day relationships between the company and our external suppliers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Supply Chain Category Leads, Operations Managers, and the Accounting team.
Special Projects: Support and contribute to special Cost Control projects as needed.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Half-day Friday!)
Location: Hybrid
In-Office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Remote: Monday and Friday
Education: College Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree) is required.
Preferred Majors: Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience Level: Entry-level candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
