Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Allocation Planner to join our team and support our Retail Allocations and NA Planning. This role is essential for delivering plans aligned to our Sport Offense strategy to achieve channel financial targets including Revenue, Margin, Inventory, and Profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Allocation or Demand Planning
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Retail field or store experience
• Proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheets, and Excel
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Understanding of store operations and freight reception
• Knowledge of the Just Enough allocation system
• Strong understanding of merchandise, consumer, and sport as it relates to the Client Direct strategy

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Set seasonal flow plan and store-level allocation plans based on seasonal initiatives and revenue drivers
• Develop style/color/size level load-in and replenishment for all stores
• Monitor store performance weekly and adjust allocation units as needed
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and execute in-season cross-channel inventory trade activities
• Maintain and balance healthy inventory levels with optimal Weeks of Supply (WOS)
• Support timely and accurate execution in support of new store openings
• Partner with Assortment Planning and Merchandising to prioritize allocation of everyday essential and seasonal product across channels
