Responsibilities & Duties:* Intake of customer orders via email or phone* Daily inventorying of all plants in territory* Daily communication and coordination with Sales staff* Coordination of all deliveries to customer sites* Daily communication with trucking companies in territory* Develop and build relationships with existing and new trucking companies* Request and record freight rates for customer deliveries* Load setup and coordination in logistics systems (Salesforce, Transwide, SAP)* Movements of materials to secondary processors* Coordination and movement of materials into and out of Mintek storage facilities* Sample management and data entryJob Qualifications:* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal* Experienced in Microsoft Office* Good planning and organizational skills* Team player, good intrapersonal skills* Ability to multi-task with several simultaneous accounts/orders* Self-motivated, proactive and task oriented* Previous experience in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment is preferred* Previous experience with logistics, trucking, order fulfillment or other similar industries are preferred* Previous experience in Salesforce is preferred* Bachelor's Degree preferred
