Supply Chain and Logistics - Merchandise Planner 3

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandise Planner 3 to join our Planning Team. This role is based onsite at PHK with Fridays designated for work-from-home. The position is initially for a period of 9 weeks and 5 days, with a strong possibility of extension.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in planning, including weekly business reviews, buyer reviews, and later planning.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Natural ability to organize information from various sources and create streamlined processes to achieve sustainable outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to extract and present actionable insights from multiple data sources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at a high-intermediate to advanced level.
• Experience with data analysis and manipulation, using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Prior work experience with the client or in the client's industry is highly preferred.
• Applicants must be LOCAL and able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Planning Team to organize and drive planning processes.
• Conduct weekly business reviews and buyer reviews to inform planning decisions.
• Analyze data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
