We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Supply Chain Warehouse Operations leader to manage warehouse operations across all global locations, inventory control, and materials management. This role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, supports production and procurement, and drives improvements in efficiency, safety, and cost control across the supply chain.

You’ll report to our Director of Global Supply Chain and work onsite from our Santa Ana, CA office. Travel to additional company locations is required up to 10% of the time.

Onsite Requirement:

This role requires you to be onsite in the office 5 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

Warehouse & Materials Management

  • Provide leadership and oversight for warehouse operations across all global locations, establishing and enforcing a unified global operating model: standardized SOPs, chain-of-custody protocols, material flow principles, and shift handoff procedures.

  • Conduct assessments at all sites and build prioritized improvement roadmaps for each location.

  • Manage the end-to-end flow of materials, from receiving to point-of-use or shipment, implementing initiatives to reduce costs and waste.

  • Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage systems to enhance efficiency, safety, and compliance across locations

  • Implement and enforce rigorous chain-of-custody controls for all inbound, in-process, and outbound materials with zero tolerance for material loss, misidentification, or unauthorized access.

  • Develop and oversee robust inventory control procedures, including cycle counting, and discrepancy reconciliation.

  • Lead efforts to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence through accurate data and forecasting support.

  • Co-own the evaluation, selection, and full deployment of a best-in-class Warehouse Management System (WMS); this is a primary Year 1 deliverable.

  • Introduce warehouse automation, RFID, barcode, or other traceability technologies where ROI is clear.

Leadership:

  • Build a high-performance culture grounded in safety, accountability, ownership ,pride in operational excellence and continuous improvement at all levels of the warehouse team from FTEs to Managers.

  • Establish, monitor , report and continuously improve warehouse KPIs: fill rate, dock-to-stock time, inventory accuracy, OTD , cost per unit handled, and labor productivity.

  • Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Demand Planning, and Finance to align on material needs, inventory levels, and cost controls.

  • Identify and implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to boost supply chain performance.

  • Manage the departmental budget, focusing on expense control and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Prepare and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Who You Are:

(Required)

  • 8+ years of end-to-end supply chain and warehouse operations experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role leading multi-site or multi-shift warehouse operations.

  • Demonstrated experience running warehouses inside a manufacturing environment where chain-of-custody, material traceability, and production support are mission-critical.

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing lean warehouse operations — 5S, visual management, standardized work, value stream mapping, and KPI-driven management systems.

  • Expert-level competency in inventory control: cycle counting design, accuracy metrics, root cause analysis, and corrective action.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Netsuite), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience implementing a new WMS or major ERP module is required.

  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data, dashboards, and driving decisions through metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse warehouse teams across multiple sites.

  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and/or ISO/AS/TS standards in a manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent communication and ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels (FTEs to VP).

(Preferred)

  • Master’s degree (MBA or MS in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Operations).

  • Lean or Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).

  • Experience leading warehouses with RFID, barcode, or automated traceability systems.

  • Multi-national warehouse leadership experience (US + international sites).

Physical Requirements:

  • Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.

  • Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.

  • Exposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise, which may include noise from forklifts, injection presses, or other machinery.

  • Hand Use: Power gripping when using low-precision, high-impact hand tools that require significant force, such as hammer drills and torque wrenches.

  • Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.

  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 75 pounds.

  • Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

  • Temperature and Humidity: Occasional exposure to warehouse environments without heating or cooling with fluctuations in temperatures and humidity.

  • Walking: Ability to walk for long periods.

Salary Range:The salary range for this position is $142,610 - $167,776. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
