  • Support financial visibility by helping track transportation and warehousing expenses against targets.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reports that translate operational data into actionable insights.
  • Support execution of domestic transportation (LTL/FTL) and cross border shipments by validating data, monitoring status, and ensuring timely tendering.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Supply Planning to resolve route to market issues and prevent service failures.
  • Work with 3PLs, carriers, and warehousing partners to investigate discrepancies and support continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to documentation of workflows, definitions, and data logic to strengthen operational knowledge.
  • Weekly validation, management, and upload of critical supply chain inputs to SAP/APO for Canada and the US
  • Run and validate weekly APO transactions that produce the APO supply plan
  • Investigate and correct issues with APO, ECC, SNC, in coordination with IT

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Logistics, or related field — or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel (lookups, pivots, nested formulas); familiarity with Access or other data tools is a plus.
  • Ability to learn complex systems (SAP ECC, SAP TM, SAP APO, SNC, Business Objects).

  • Strong teamwork, accountability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle a mix of recurring work and ad hoc analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Transportation or Supply Chain Planning processes (LTL/FTL, tendering, MABDs, planning runs, etc.).
  • Experience with Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting/visualization tools.
  • Understanding of supply chain financial levers, transportation KPIs, or network optimization concepts.
  • Prior experience supporting system testing, enhancements, or troubleshooting is beneficial.
  • Exposure to working with 3PLs, carriers, or logistics partners.
  • Knowledge of workflow improvement, automation tools, or data-cleaning/validation methods.
