Under direct supervision, the Supply Chain Associate is responsible for the execution of day-to-day operations including software troubleshooting, data governance, and customer support for Casey''s team members and third-party business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day customer support of supply chain business processes and technologies for internal team members and third-party business partners.
- Supports data integrity and accuracy of supply chain master data (e.g., team members, suppliers, customers, and products); partners with suppliers and business partners to investigate, resolve, and prevent data discrepancies that may impact supply chain execution, customer experience, or compliance.
- Monitors and approves procurement activity to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and controls.
- Maintains business documents, including but not limited to standard operating procedures (SOPs), data dictionaries, process maps, and system configurations.
- Monitors the ticketing system to prioritize and assign medium-to-complex requests; resolves low-complexity requests, such as user access, system configurations, and maintenance.
- Validates supplier-published product data to ensure accuracy and alignment with physical packaging and internal master data standards; collaborates with suppliers to investigate, resolve, and prevent data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Generates and distributes reports related to key supply chain metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assists with meeting execution, including coordination, timekeeping, documentation, and note-taking.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:
Starting pay range: $23.75 - $31.25 per hour. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate''s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
