Supply Chain Associate

Job Title: Supply Chain Associate
Location: Boston, MA
Contractor Work Model: Hybrid (3 days/wk on-site)
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Compensation: $84.55 - $99.45/hr
Type: Contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent

Responsibilities

• Represent the work group to Senior Leadership and CMC Teams by communicating progress against goals.
• Convert Clinical demand into supply requirements for Clinical trials and communicate demand to supporting manufacturing groups.
• Maintain supply/demand tools, plan and execute necessary API manufacturing campaigns and inventory movement to ensure adequate depot levels.
• Manage vendor relationships and support clinical supplies initiatives.
• Attend and lead meetings to communicate milestones and challenges facing current and upcoming projects.

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain or related field.
• Experience in supply chain management, preferably within a clinical or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage inventory, manufacturing campaigns, and vendor relationships effectively.
• Proficiency with supply/demand planning tools and inventory management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
