Required Skills & Experience

Education:

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Bachelor's / associates degree / relevant coursework in supply chain or a similar field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, inventory, stocking, or supply chain experience.

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to lift, move, and transport supplies throughout a facility.

- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a healthcare, hospital, or clinical environment.

- Experience using SAP or other inventory management/ERP systems.

- Familiarity with RFID technology, handheld inventory devices, or supply tracking systems.

- Prior experience managing inventory replenishment or materials distribution.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support daily inventory and distribution operations within a healthcare environment. This individual will be responsible for stocking supplies, delivering carts and materials to assigned hospital units, monitoring inventory levels, and placing replenishment orders using handheld devices and RFID scanners. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse or logistics setting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Stock and replenish supply inventory throughout assigned units.

- Deliver carts and supplies to hospital departments.

- Monitor inventory levels and place replenishment orders using handheld devices.

- Utilize RFID scanners to track and order supplies.

- Pick up products and transport materials between locations as needed.

- Ensure units remain stocked with necessary supplies to support daily operations.

- Maintain organized inventory storage areas.
