Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Associate to support Duke Health's supply chain operations team. This individual will assist with inventory management, receiving, product distribution, RFID tagging/scanning, and customer service to ensure hospital departments have the supplies needed to support patient care.
Day‑to‑Day
Assist with stocking supply bins according to 2-bin guidelines, ensuring all items are labeled correctly for tracking and organization.
Utilize handheld scanners, RFID tagging, and inventory management technology (Qsight, SAP, Sift).
Transport and place supply carts in assigned hospital areas as needed.
Maintain clean, organized carts that meet department standards.
Follow all hospital safety and handling protocols when managing supplies.
Receive products from trucks (pallets, rolling carts).
Maintain accurate inventory records and organized stock rooms.
Answer calls and assist with staff and patients with supply requests.

Must‑Haves
Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year experience in one or more of the following areas: distribution, warehousing, shipping, receiving, logistics, material handling, inventory control, customer service, or a related operational environment.
OR
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a similar field.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and support a fast-paced environment.
Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Walking, reaching, lifting, stooping, and bending are frequent in daily routines.
Basic computer / technology proficiency.
Team-oriented and a positive attitude.
