Location: Louisville, KY 40202
Pay Rate: $18.25/hour
Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, rotating every 3rd weekend

Now Hiring: Supply Chain Associate
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Supply Chain Associate to join a busy healthcare supply chain team in Louisville, KY. This position plays a critical role in ensuring medical supplies are stocked, organized, and readily available to support patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Perform customer service and order fulfillment duties while supporting clinical staff
  • Conduct daily cycle counts in assigned inventory areas
  • Document and report inventory discrepancies
  • Restock supply areas to established par levels
  • Verify lot numbers and expiration dates on high-risk inventory items
  • Identify, document, and escalate stock-outs or expired products
  • Audit supply carts and stockrooms for cleanliness and compliance
  • Fulfill after-hours supply requests and maintain accurate supply logs
  • Receive and deliver tissue samples through the Track Core process
  • Provide detailed shift handoff reports to the next shift
  • Assist with preparation of next-day replenishment orders
  • Audit and stock PPE supplies in designated storage areas
  • Maintain PPE inventory for 4th and 5th floor clean-holding areas
  • Organize and file inventory usage reports and count sheets
Qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience is required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clinicians and healthcare staff
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Inventory, warehouse, supply chain, or healthcare experience is a plus
