Job Description
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain business analysis, EDI integrations, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in EDI X12 transactions and electronic trading partner workflows.
- Experience with supply chain, logistics, distribution, or warehouse operations environments.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with ERP platforms, system integrations, UAT, and issue resolution activities.
- Strong communication skills working across business users, clients, vendors, and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities for supply chain integration and onboarding initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between operational teams and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into detailed and actionable functional requirements.
- Coordinate testing efforts, validate outcomes, and document process improvements.
- Manage project priorities, implementation activities, and cross-functional deliverables.
- Support enterprise integration projects and continuous process enhancement efforts.
