Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field required
  • Expert knowledge of supply chain planning systems (ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools and Excel for complex modeling
  • Experience managing global supply chains across multiple regions (Americas, Asia, Europe)
  • Strong experience with purchasing commodities and ensuring deliveries are met.  (JIT)
  • Experience with contract manufacturing and build-to-order/configure-to-order environments
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics partners
  • Optimize supply chain processes to reduce lead times, minimize costs, and improve operational efficiency
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain performance, including on-time delivery, inventory turns, and cost savings
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks including component shortages, geopolitical factors, and quality issues
