Supply Chain Coordinator (Data and Excel)

Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Doral, FL (Onsite)
Duration: Long-term contract
Rate: $24 - $27/hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. 

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support the Sales Office through data management, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis. This role is best suited for an analytical professional with advanced Excel skills who can maintain accurate data, identify insights, and deliver reports under tight deadlines. A strong background in logistics or supply chain is not required. .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales reporting and analytics for the Sales Office
• Collect, enter, update, and maintain data in the company's proprietary database, including forecast information
• Create, standardize, manage, and deliver weekly business reports and analysis to the Sales and Supply Chain teams and customers
• Generate data visualizations to support business operations
• Collaborate with Finance and other business units to achieve team objectives
• Follow established processes, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
• Complete other assignments as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to respond effectively to questions from managers, clients, and customers
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Associate degree required
