Position Overview
The Supply Chain Coordinator role supports and coordinates critical supply chain activities including inventory control, batch order processing, production support, and purchasing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Materials Management • Maintain accurate inventory records including item, lot, batch, and location data • Coordinate inventory movements, adjustments, and reconciliations within the ERP system • Lead and support cycle counts and physical inventory activities • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
Production & Batch Order Support • Create, review, and process batch orders in alignment with production schedules • Support production reporting and issue resolution related to materials • Coordinate closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams
Purchasing & Vendor Coordination • Assist with purchase order creation, tracking, and follow-up • Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and shortages
