Supply Chain Analyst/Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, active, and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team in Lewisburg, PA. The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for managing the flow of products, parts, and returns throughout the supply chain process. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate logistics and transportation of products and parts
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Work with suppliers and vendors to optimize supply chain efficiency 
• Track and report on key performance indicators related to supply chain operations
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve overall supply chain performance

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Logistics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or related role
• Ability to move around and work in a dynamic work environment 
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
