PGS Worldwide is seeking a Warehouse Supply Chain Coordinator in Ogden, UT for a one-year onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.
The Warehouse Supply Chain Coordinator will support supply chain logistics, engineering property, and warehouse operations through a combination of hands-on material handling and administrative responsibilities. This role includes receiving, storing, moving, issuing, and shipping materials; processing SAP transactions; preparing shipment documentation; and pulling kits for delivery to the production floor.
Required Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year of additional education and/or related experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience using SAP S/4 for goods-issue and goods-receipt transactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Strong communication skills when working with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to perform manual receiving, storage, movement, shipping, and disbursement of materials and equipment.
• Ability to perform both manual and clerical warehouse duties.
• Ability to use hand trucks, forklifts, computers, and related applications.
• Ability to verify material quantities, weights, and conformance.
• Ability to prepare shipping records and bills of lading.
• Ability to pull, assemble, and deliver production kits according to schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Preferred Skills
• Advanced experience with SAP S/4 goods-issue and goods-receipt transactions.
• Ability to read Stores Pick Tickets.
• Warehouse environment experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes.

• Global supply chain experience.
• Warehouse inventory or warehouse management experience.
What You’ll Do
• Support supply chain manufacturing, logistics, engineering property, and business operations.
• Receive, store, move, issue, and ship materials and equipment.
• Process and maintain supply chain data using SAP and related applications.
• Verify material quantities, weights, and conformance.
• Prepare shipping documentation and route materials to their destinations.
• Pull and assemble kits according to production schedules.
• Deliver materials and kits to the shop floor.
• Operate forklifts, reach lifts, hand trucks, and related material-handling equipment.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate warehouse, inventory, and transaction records.
Pay
• $20.00 per hour
