Supply Chain Coordinator - T-45 program - Madison, MS

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and control a master requirements schedule by balancing customer requirements with parts availability
• Communicate requirements and delivery schedule changes to stakeholders, including external customers
• Analyze potential impact of delivery schedule changes as they relate to customer milestones
• Responsible for developing and delivering customer briefings regarding order status and fiscal position
• Responsible for compiling and analyzing material, financial, and data requirements from across the multiple program sites to ensure company and contractual requirements are met
• Collaborate with stakeholders, operations and supply chain management to appropriately manage requirements, acquisition and delivery schedules
• Act as the key contact for analysis of new orders, change orders from customers
• Perform demand and delivery analysis; Work with procurement to establish a delivery schedule for each order and communicate/resolve issues related to discrepancies between the requested and promised due date
• Assist other team members as needed to ensure customer needs are met

Qualifications / Education / Experience

• H/S Diploma and +4 years of related work experience OR education/experience equivalent.
• Effective analytical, planning and organizational skills
• Effective interpersonal skills with coworkers and customers
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel especially)
• Experience with Power BI reporting generation
