Location: Houston Area (NW Houston / Tomball) - Fully Onsite
Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 + Bonus Eligible

Position Overview
The Supply Chain Coordinator will support day-to-day operations across production, logistics, and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
This is a hybrid role combining:
Production planning and scheduling
Logistics coordination (inbound and outbound)
Inventory tracking and job transactions
ERP system usage and process support
This is not a purely administrative position. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate incoming materials from suppliers and vendors
Manage outbound shipments of finished goods
Support production planning and scheduling
Track inventory movement and ensure accuracy within ERP systems
Maintain job tracking, reporting, and transactional accuracy
Generate and review shipping and receiving documentation
Partner with operations, production, and procurement teams
Assist with forecasting, planning, and workflow improvements
Support ongoing process development in a growing operation
Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
Experience with ERP systems (transactions, inventory, planning)
Background in production control, scheduling, or logistics coordination preferred
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
Work Environment
Fully onsite (Monday-Friday)
