Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Customer Service Representative to support supply chain operations, order management, and logistics coordination for a leading organization in the diagnostics industry.

This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate order processing, on-time product deliveries, and effective communication between customers, internal departments, and logistics providers.
The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of supply chain or logistics experience, strong SAP skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and maintain customer sales orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, including freight arrangements, import permits, and shipping documentation.
• Monitor shipment tracking and delivery status to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with shipping requirements.
• Maintain accurate SAP transactions to support inventory integrity and product traceability.
• Coordinate customer invoicing and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
• Communicate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, warehouses, freight carriers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Planning and Procurement teams to support inventory availability and customer demand.
• Track and analyze supply chain KPIs, including on-time delivery performance.
• Resolve customer inquiries and shipping-related issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
• Support additional supply chain projects and initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree, advanced training, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, order management, or a related field.
• Experience using SAP, preferably the Materials Management (MM) or Sales and Distribution (SD) modules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international shipping, air freight, customs clearance, or import/export processes.
• Experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Familiarity with supply chain performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
• APICS, Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
