This position is tasked with crafting precise demand forecasts to guide supply chain management, inventory optimization, and strategic business decisions. By leveraging historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights, you will generate demand plans that enable the company to align supply with demand seamlessly. Utilizing cutting-edge demand planning tools and internal methodologies, you will create and maintain forecasts that inform production and procurement strategies, thereby supporting top-tier customer service and fostering the growth of our Sales & Operations Planning processes in both our food service and retail sectors. This role requires close collaboration with various departments including production plants, customer service, sales, marketing, and finance to drive positive business outcomes. This role is 100% onsite.
