Role Description • Run Executive Steering Committee and Steering Committee meetings with CFO, VP Supply Chain |
• Set savings targets, manage budget/projections, track gainshare performance |
• Review and approve savings opportunities identified by the clinical and non-clinical managers |
• Manage the team — direct reports include managers, consultants, analysts |
• Client relationship owner — the "face of client" to the hospital's leadership |
• Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to new business proposals |
Required Skills • 8+ years healthcare supply chain or consulting |
• 3+ years in a director/leadership role with direct team management |
• Has led multi-million dollar supply chain engagements or cost reduction programs |
• Comfortable presenting to C-suite (CEO, CFO, COO) |
• Understands both clinical (implants, med/surg) AND non-clinical (purchased services, facilities) categories |
• BD experience — has contributed to proposals, client pitches |
