Supply Chain Documentation Coordinator – Food Grade

Normal Work Schedule:

Hours of Work: -7:00-4:00 or when finished

Days of Work: Monday through Friday and some Saturdays

Note: The hours of work are established as needed by operations and at the direction of management and are subject to change by management as required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle all load out paperwork and filling including the scale in and out of trucks.
• Responsible for inventory paperwork of railcars.
• Operates in house database system.
• Ensure food grade rules and regulations are being followed.
• Reviews all load paperwork to ensure accuracy before given to Drivers.
• Manages loading schedule.
• Understands the process of the trailer washing system.

Qualifications

· Participation in a Random Drug & Alcohol Program

· Excellent with data entry and use of computer programs.

Working Conditions

· Outdoor and indoor environments, often exposed to varying weather conditions.

· May require sitting, standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
