Supply Chain Engineer – Pontiac, IL (On-Site) | 12-Month Contract
Pay: $48 - $50

Epitec is seeking a Supply Chain Engineer II to support a fast-paced manufacturing and logistics environment in Pontiac, IL. This role will focus on improving supply chain visibility, optimizing material flow, and developing data-driven solutions that support logistics operations across multiple facilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, material planning, or analytics who enjoy solving complex operational challenges and leveraging technology to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and related Microsoft platforms.
  • Analyze logistics, transportation, inventory, and material flow data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure efficient movement of materials across multiple facilities.
  • Build data visualization and tracking solutions that provide real-time visibility into supply chain performance and inventory status.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planners, suppliers, carriers, IT teams, distribution centers, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, demand alignment, and logistics efficiency.
  • Provide reporting and analytical insights that support operational and leadership decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree considered with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, material planning, manufacturing, or data analytics.
  • Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, and other Microsoft tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
