This role focuses on analyzing operational data, improving inventory flow, optimizing business processes, and supporting technology-driven improvements throughout our distribution network. You'll work closely with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, IT, and warehouse leadership to develop solutions that improve performance, reduce costs, and support company growth.
What You'll Bring
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
Experience working with large data sets using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Ability to manage multiple projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify process improvement opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
Bonus Points For
Experience supporting ecommerce, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics operations
Experience with NetSuite ERP, warehouse management systems, or business intelligence tools
Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting
Lean Six Sigma certification or continuous improvement experience
Experience with forecasting, inventory planning, or process modeling
What You’ll Do
Analyze operational and supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics that support operational decision-making
Evaluate inventory flow, replenishment strategies, and warehouse processes to improve productivity
Support NetSuite optimization and system improvement initiatives
Identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions that support business growth
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for operational challenges
Partner with warehouse leadership to improve inventory accuracy and operational performance
Assist with capacity planning, resource allocation, and process modeling projects
Measure and communicate the impact of improvement initiatives
Collaborate with Operations and Continuous Improvement teams on strategic projects

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 annually DOE
Type: Full-time
Employee Status: Regular
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week
