Job Title - Supply Chain Expert / Distribution Center Launch Lead

Candidate should be local to one of the following offices:
  • Miami, FL
  • Lafayette, LA
  • Knoxville, TN
  • Belton, TX
Work Schedule
  • Hybrid (Home office when not traveling)
  • Extensive travel based on client needs
  • Travel will fluctuate depending on project phase (could be ~60% for several weeks, then little to no travel)
  • Company reimburses all travel expenses

Overview
We are looking for a senior Supply Chain / Distribution Center Launch expert to build and lead Hypercare support for new warehouse and distribution center launches across North America. This person will develop the launch strategy, governance model, staffing approach, operational playbooks, and command center processes to ensure successful warehouse go-lives and post-launch stabilization.

Must Haves
  • 10+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, Distribution, Logistics, or Consulting
  • Distribution Center (DC) launch experience
  • Hypercare / Post-Go-Live support
  • Warehouse or Distribution Center operations
  • Program or Project Management
  • Operating model design
  • Cross-functional leadership
  • Executive stakeholder management
  • Demand forecasting/resource planning
  • Travel flexibility
Strongly Preferred
  • Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan, SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS, Ko rber, etc.)
  • Warehouse automation
  • Distribution Center startup experience; Manufacturing, Retail, Logistics, or 3PL background
  • Managed Services experience
  • Lean / Six Sigma / PMP / APICS certifications
