Join the Team Powering the Future of Sustainable Agriculture

Bend, OR | Onsite | Supply Chain & Finance Analyst

Are you ready to move beyond traditional analysis and play a hands-on role in how products are planned, produced, and delivered? Suterra is looking for a Supply Chain & Finance Analyst to join our high-performing team at the intersection of operations, finance, and business decision-making.

As part of a company redefining agriculture through science, sustainability, and smart manufacturing, you will support the connection between operational performance and financial outcomes, helping teams make more informed, data-driven decisions across the supply chain.

At Suterra, we are innovators by nature and for nature. Since 1984, we have been driven by one goal: to protect the future of food supply in partnership with sustainable growers. Our patented technologies are used across more than 1 million acres worldwide in major specialty crops on five continents.

This role is based in Bend, Oregon and may require occasional domestic or international travel. The position reports to the Vice President, Global Finance.

Why This Role

  • High-visibility role with exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations leadership
  • Opportunity to build both financial and operational skillsets-not just report on them
  • Work on real business problems that impact production, inventory, and global supply decisions
  • Clear path to grow into a strategic business partner as the company continues to scale
  • Based in Bend, Oregon-offering the opportunity to build your career in one of the most active outdoor communities in the country

Our Commitment

Suterra is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply and bring their unique perspectives to our team.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain financial and operational models to analyze demand, production, inventory, capacity, and cost drivers
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, with a focus on manufacturing cost, inventory, and working capital
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to support sourcing strategies, production planning, and capital investment analysis
  • Support pricing, margin, and profitability analysis by linking operational inputs to financial outcomes
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Improve data quality, transparency, and adoption of analytical tools
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations

Position Growth

  • Broaden Your Scope: Start with core supply chain and FP&A analysis, then take on strategic projects with global impact
  • Expand Your Influence: Grow into a trusted business partner supporting senior leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations
  • Global Exposure: Collaborate with teams across the US and EU on planning, performance, and optimization initiatives
  • Sharpen Your Skillset: Gain hands-on experience with advanced analytics, automation, and cross-functional modeling
  • Lead What's Next: As the business scales globally, opportunities grow to lead initiatives that shape supply chain and finance strategy

What You Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, supply chain finance, operations finance, or a related analytical role
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Experience working with financial systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Interest in sustainability, agriculture, or manufacturing is a plus
