What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of new supplies and supply chain initiatives across Novant Health facilities
  • Partner with clinical teams, operational leaders, vendors, and educators to ensure successful rollouts and adoption
  • Manage project timelines, implementation progress, risks, and issue resolution to drive successful outcomes
  • Support broader supply chain and operational improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, standardization, and process improvement
  • Build strong working relationships across departments while serving as a trusted implementation partner
  • Travel onsite as needed to support project execution, stakeholder engagement, and operational needs
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment while contributing as a collaborative and supportive team member

What We're Looking For

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of experience leading projects or operational initiatives, with demonstrated success in change management and process improvement required

Additional Skills Required

  • Strong communication, organization-building, and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, driving successful outcomes through strong time management, organization, follow-through, and progress tracking
  • Experience leading initiatives in dynamic or disruptive business environments, with the ability to move projects forward and consistently execute on objectives
  • Skilled at identifying, addressing, and resolving project issues and conflicts to maintain momentum and achieve results
  • Excellent written, verbal, listening, consultative, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credible partnerships that drive change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Additional Skills Preferred

  • Proven experience executing projects successfully, including managing timelines, achieving implementation goals, and driving organizational buy-in
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives focused on reducing total cost of ownership and improving operational efficiency
  • Proficient in ERP, supply chain management, and vendor registration systems, including Lawson/Infor, Ariba, MedApproved, and Vendormate
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Visio, Access, and survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and reporting data to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive process improvements
  • Knowledge of inventory control methodologies, including ABC analysis, Min/Max processes, cycle counting, lead/lag ordering, and stock rotation practices (FIFO/FILO)
