Orlando Health is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech I to support the daily operational and inventory needs across our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain supply locations through organization, labeling, cleaning, stocking, and inventory assessment
  • Receive, deliver, and restock supplies throughout assigned areas
  • Rotate dated stock and manage proper inventory levels
  • Remove overstocked items and monitor supply conditions
  • Participate in validation and put-away processes for inventoried items
  • Utilize handheld inventory devices and pick tickets for replenishment orders
  • Support emergency and rush inventory requests
  • Provide excellent customer service to clinicians, departments, and vendors
  • Assist with annual and bi-annual inventory counts
  • Perform cycle counts and process system inventory updates
  • Operate materials handling equipment as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
  • Follow all Orlando Health policies and procedures
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Skills

  • Basic computer skills required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred

Licensure

  • Valid driver’s license required

  • No experience required
