Position Summary Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech I FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Reports To: Supply Chain Operations Supervisor or Manager Shift - PRN Position Summary Responsible for assisting with and supporting the daily operational needs of the Supply Chain department. This role ensures efficient flow, organization, and accuracy of inventory across supply locations, par areas, and warehouse operations. Essential Functions Assist with maintaining supply locations including establishment, organization, labeling, cleaning, assessment, receipt, delivery, and restocking of supplies. Rotate dated stock and maintain appropriate working inventory levels in warehouse and par locations, including removal of overstocked supplies. Monitor supply conditions, par levels, cleanliness, and labeling accuracy across assigned areas. Participate in put-away and validation processes for perpetual inventory items. Utilize handheld devices to inventory supply locations and charge out supplies to appropriate departments. Use pick tickets to fulfill inventory for restock, emergency, and rush orders. Respond to telephone and customer requests with professional customer service aligned with Orlando Health standards of excellence. Assist with disposal of cardboard, trash, and waste materials in designated areas. Support annual or bi-annual inventory counts to determine asset value and verify inventory accuracy. Maintain punctual attendance consistent with organizational policies and applicable regulations (ADA, FMLA, federal, state, and local standards). Engage regularly with internal customers to ensure high-quality service and professional communication with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Perform other duties as assigned or needed. Other Related Functions Process and log system updates related to supply location inventory and replenishment. Perform cycle counts as required. Maintain a professional appearance and communication style at all times. Operate materials handling equipment as needed. Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures.
