Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping operations running efficiently? Orlando Health is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech II to support our healthcare teams by ensuring the right supplies are available at the right time. In this role, you'll play a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting clinical departments, and helping deliver exceptional patient care through efficient supply chain operations.
What You'll Do
As a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech II, you will:
- Manage inventory levels across assigned supply locations and warehouse areas.
- Monitor, replenish, and rotate inventory while maintaining accurate par levels.
- Identify excess, outdated, or slow-moving inventory and coordinate returns and credits.
- Use handheld inventory devices to perform replenishment and cycle counts.
- Create and maintain inventory bin locations and labeling systems.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while collaborating with Purchasing.
- Receive, validate, and distribute shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse and supply areas.
- Build strong working relationships with clinical departments to support patient care.
- Assist with annual inventory counts and ongoing inventory audits.
- Troubleshoot basic inventory management system issues.
- Help train new team members and support continuous process improvements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal customers across the organization.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Two (2) years of warehouse, inventory management, or customer service experience.
- OR
- An Associate's degree may substitute for the required experience.
- Basic computer skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a healthcare or distribution environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
