Orlando Health is seeking a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech II to support our healthcare teams by ensuring the right supplies are available at the right time. In this role, you'll play a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting clinical departments, and helping deliver exceptional patient care through efficient supply chain operations. What You'll Do As a Supply Chain Inventory Coordinator Tech II, you will: Manage inventory levels across assigned supply locations and warehouse areas. Monitor, replenish, and rotate inventory while maintaining accurate par levels. Identify excess, outdated, or slow-moving inventory and coordinate returns and credits. Use handheld inventory devices to perform replenishment and cycle counts. Create and maintain inventory bin locations and labeling systems. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies while collaborating with Purchasing. Receive, validate, and distribute shipments accurately and efficiently. Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse and supply areas. Build strong working relationships with clinical departments to support patient care. Assist with annual inventory counts and ongoing inventory audits. Troubleshoot basic inventory management system issues. Help train new team members and support continuous process improvements. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal customers across the organization. What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Two (2) years of warehouse, inventory management, or customer service experience. OR An Associate's degree may substitute for the required experience. Basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a healthcare or distribution environment.
