As a valued member of our Supply Chain team, you'll help maintain inventory accuracy, support hospital operations, and contribute directly to patient care outcomes. What You'll Do Manage and maintain inventory levels throughout the facility Monitor PAR locations and replenish supplies as needed Perform cycle counts and inventory audits Rotate dated stock and identify excess or slow-moving inventory Process returns, credits, and inventory discrepancies Utilize handheld inventory devices and inventory management systems Coordinate with purchasing, nursing units, and clinical leaders Receive, stock, and distribute supplies throughout the facility Maintain organized warehouse and supply storage locations Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies Assist with training new team members Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required Two (2) years of warehouse, inventory, supply chain, or customer service experience required Associate degree may substitute for required experience Basic computer skills Strong communication and organizational skills Valid Driver's License Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment Comfortable walking, lifting, stocking, and transporting supplies throughout the facility Ideal Candidate Inventory Management Experience Warehouse or Distribution Experience Healthcare Supply Chain Background Strong Problem-Solving Skills Excellent Customer Service and Teamwork Experience with Inventory Control Systems and Cycle Counts Why You'll Love Working Here Collaborative Team Environment Career Growth Opportunities Meaningful Work Supporting Patient Care Comprehensive Benefits Package Commitment to Excellence and Innovation Apply Today!
