Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
Description:
- Coordinate the movement of products and materials between suppliers, warehouses, manufacturing facilities, and customers.
- Enter shipment, order, and inventory information into company systems accurately.
- Prepare and process shipping, receiving, purchase order, invoice, and transportation documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and customers to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Schedule shipments and arrange transportation while supporting daily logistics operations.
- Update ERP systems (SAP), Excel spreadsheets, and company databases with shipment and inventory information.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management activities.
- Track raw materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain.
- Resolve routine shipping and delivery issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
- Prepare logistics and shipment reports while supporting transportation cost optimization.
- Assist with managing vendors, third-party warehouses, shipping containers, and import shipments.
- Perform routine logistics and supply chain tasks while maintaining accurate documentation.
