Job Description:

• Interacts professionally with clinicians, administrators, colleagues, and vendors.
• Contributes to the overall operational efficiency by ensuring the seamless flow of supplies and equipment.
• Monitors inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.
• Orders supplies and equipment in a timely manner to maintain adequate stock.
• Stocks and organizes storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.
• Transports supplies and equipment to various departments as needed.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and updates them regularly.
• Collaborates with various departments to fulfill their supply needs efficiently.
• Investigates and resolves inventory issues and discrepancies.
• Ensures proper management of stock expiration by adhering to rotation guidelines.
• Engages with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
