Supply Chain Management Organization - Ops Program Manager

The Operations Program Manager is a highly strategic individual contributor who serves as a trusted operational partner to the Chief of Staff for the Supply Chain Management organization. This senior-level role is responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple business functions, ensuring execution against organizational priorities, improving business processes, and providing visibility into critical operational metrics.

This individual thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment where priorities evolve quickly. They are proactive, resourceful, and exceptionally organized, with the ability to independently lead cross-functional initiatives while managing multiple high-priority workstreams. The successful candidate possesses a strong executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and a "can-do" attitude that inspires confidence while remaining calm and flexible under pressure.

This role partners closely with executives, Finance, Human Resources, Global Supply Chain, and cross-functional business leaders to improve operational performance, drive accountability, and enable informed executive decision-making.
