Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the organization's supply chain functions within a digital platform environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the alignment of business requirements with system design to support current and future supply chain needs.
  • Partner with Planning, Operations, and Project Management teams to assess business cases for process and system enhancements.
  • Support day-to-day supply chain operations, troubleshooting complex planning system issues, analyzing data, and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Drive system upgrades, process mapping sessions, and user requirement gathering to facilitate effective system improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to address planning challenges, support system design, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Develop business impact assessments and prioritize system enhancement initiatives.
  • Champion change management efforts by identifying potential issues early and establishing escalation paths.
  • Promote analytics and operational excellence principles to facilitate process improvements and adoption of new capabilities.
  • Prepare documentation for major projects and maintain knowledge resources across departments.
  • Synthesize multiple data sources, distill key insights, and build strong business cases to support decision-making.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of supply chain planning experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management within a digital platform or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate practical business insights.
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives, system design, and project management.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results with a sense of urgency and accountability.
