  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews
  • Manage supplier issues, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure supply continuity and develop contingency plans for critical materials
  • Collaborate with suppliers on innovation, quality improvements, and cost reduction
  • Develop and achieve annual cost savings targets
  • Identify and execute cost reduction and avoidance opportunities
  • Analyze total cost of ownership across the supply base
  • Track, report, and validate savings initiatives
  • Implement inventory management strategies to balance service levels with carrying costs
  • Establish appropriate stock levels, reorder points, and safety stock parameters
  • Reduce excess and obsolete inventory across all locations
  • Collaborate with operations teams to improve demand planning and forecasting
  • Monitor DIO (days inventory outstanding) and working capital metrics
  • Optimize procurement processes for efficiency and compliance
  • Leverage ERP and procurement systems to drive visibility and control
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights
  • Partner with operations, finance, quality, and sales teams
  • Support new location openings and business expansion initiatives
  • Provide supply chain expertise for strategic business decisions
  • Communicate regularly with senior leadership on supply chain performance
