Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager will lead purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships within a growing industrial manufacturing environment.

This leadership role is responsible for ensuring materials and products move through the business efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time. You'll lead purchasing operations, manage domestic and international logistics, drive supplier performance, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations.

• Oversee domestic and international shipping, import/export activities, freight providers, and customs partners.

• Negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to support production and customer requirements.

• Evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Drive process improvements across purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and ERP systems.

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while delivering measurable cost savings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or manufacturing.

• Experience with domestic and international freight, import/export processes, and supplier management.

• Strong negotiation, inventory management, and ERP system experience.

• Proven ability to drive cost reductions and operational improvements.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000
