Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployment of the Future Focused Planning programme across assigned manufacturing sites.

Drive implementation and adoption of the new Supply Planning Target Operating Model (TOM).

Conduct site readiness assessments and identify process, capability, and system gaps.

Develop and execute deployment plans tailored to each manufacturing site.
-
Deliver training sessions and build planning capabilities for Supply Planning teams.
-
Coach site teams throughout the transformation journey and support change adoption.
Must Have:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Master's degree or Supply Chain specialisation is advantageous.

5-8 years of experience in Supply Planning,Demand Planning Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
-
Experience working within large pharmaceutical manufacturing organisations (Big Pharma) is highly preferred.

Experience at both manufacturing site level and global supply chain environments is advantageous.

Strong hands-on experience using SAP, Blue Yonder / JDA (or similar Advanced Planning Systems)

Own deployment success for assigned manufacturing sites.

Drive planning process compliance and TOM adoption.

Coach and mentor planning teams through organisational change.
