Role: Supply Chain Manager (Governance) |
Duration: 12 months - convert to hire |

Role Description The player-coach. Runs governance AND does hands-on savings work. Must be a generalist who can pivot across all categories |
• Run Steering Committees and executive governance meetings (like a Director, but at a smaller scale) |
• Set savings targets, manage budget, track engagement performance |
• ALSO actively lead sourcing work — RFPs, negotiations, product evaluations |
• Cover clinical AND non-clinical categories as needed (med/surg, purchased services, facilities, lab) |
• Manage a small team (1-2 direct reports) |
Required Skills • 5+ years healthcare supply chain or consulting |
• 3+ years with governance experience (steering committees, executive reporting) |
• Generalist orientation — can work across clinical and non-clinical categories |
• RFP/negotiation experience |
• Strong project management skills — this person juggles governance + delivery |
