We're seeking a strategic Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end operations across multiple sites. This role oversees procurement, planning, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance to ensure on-time, cost-effective, high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who drives continuous improvement and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee procurement, production planning, inventory, and logistics
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Partner with operations, sales, and finance on forecasting and planning
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and performance
- Track and improve KPIs (on-time delivery, inventory turns, cost)
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Drive process improvements and implement systems/tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of supply chain or operations experience in manufacturing
- ERP/MRP system expertise
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- APICS/CSCP certification a plus
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Background check and drug test required

Work Environment
Based in Haverhill, MA with regular travel (20-30%) to sites and partners.
