We are looking for an analytically driven Supply Chain Manager to own and advance supplier performance programs within the SPIRE team. You will be the single-threaded owner of one or more performance workstreams - such as On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery measurement, supplier reporting compliance, or lead time accuracy - and will be responsible for defining program standards, building measurement frameworks, and driving adoption across our global supplier network.
In this role you will operate with significant ambiguity: scoping problems that don"t yet have established processes, designing scalable solutions, and earning trust with cross-functional partners (Global Materials Management, Planning, Procurement, and suppliers) to implement them. You will independently manage supplier-facing communications, translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership, and continuously raise the bar on how we measure and improve supplier performance.
