Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager with expertise in Onshoring Strategy and Process Experience, as well as Sourcing and Procurement Experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement onshoring strategies to optimize the supply chain process
• Manage sourcing and procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels
• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
• Monitor supplier performance and negotiate contracts to achieve cost savings
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Onshoring Strategy and Process
• Strong background in Sourcing and Procurement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
