Manage the Order Process team and provide guidance and direction to 20+ team members
Monitor team member performance and ensure both quality and timeliness are provided
Coordinate with vendors for order accuracy, responsiveness to quote and purchase order confirmations and on-time deliver
Actively engages with vendors and sourcing team to anticipate, plan, implement changes
Drives improvement with the tracking and management of PO lifecycle
Reviews and responds to field requests
Provides regular updates to field leadership for Order Processing performance
Effective liaison with vendor teams to support and drive integrated data exchange
Serves as subject matter expert for quoting and purchasing processes
Supports supply chain systems as needed and participating in year-end inventory processes
Various projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications/ Education/Experience
Strong leader who can work with multiple stakeholders, develop and execute information strategy while being able to manage day-to-day tactical activities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
Strong attention to detail. Highly organized.
