Supply Chain ManagerMaxxis International are seeking a strategic and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing import logistics customs compliance and inventory management. We are currently working on a hybrid schedule working 4 days in office and 1 day at home. Therefore applicants must be able to commute to and work in our Suwanee GA office.ResponsibilitiesLead supply chain strategy and execution across planning procurement logistics and customer serviceOversee demand and supply planning processes S&OP ensuring alignment with business goalsUtilize ABC inventory classification within SAP to better manage inventory and improve fill rates as well as improve cash flowMonitor and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand without incurring excessive holding costsDevelop and track key performance indicators KPIs for the departmentIdentify and resolve issues that arise such as delays accidents or supplier problems and implement risk management strategiesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and inventory coordinationDrive process improvements automation initiatives and system upgrades to enhance operational efficiencyEnsure trade compliance and risk management across supply chain operations focus of free trade zone compliancePerform other related duties as assignedKey CompetenciesStrong proficiency in SAP specifically MMWM modules and use of other analytical toolsAbility to see the entire supply chain and identify how different parts work togetherProficient in using data to identify trends and solve problemsProven track record in demand planning inventory forecasting and KPI managementExcellent analytical problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projectsQualificationsBachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business or related field requiredAdvanced degree in Supply Chain Management Business or related field preferred10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations including 5 or more years of which are in leadership rolesWe are seeking candidates with the ability to lead teams guide employees and manage day-to-day operations in the Supply Chain department.
