Salary: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Looking for a leadership role where you can shape supply chain performance, improve efficiency, and directly impact cost, quality, and delivery? This direct-hire Supply Chain Manager opportunity offers the chance to lead strategy and execution across procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What We're Looking For | Supply Chain Manager Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive supply chain management experience.
  • Experience in OEM or manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Proven experience leading supply chain or materials teams.
  • Strong ERP/MRP system knowledge and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to manage KPIs, forecasting, and inventory optimization strategies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Supply Chain certification (APICS/ASCM or similar) preferred.
  • Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day | Supply Chain Manager Job Duties

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Translate customer demand and delivery requirements into effective production and materials planning strategies.
  • Manage ERP/MRP systems for inventory accuracy, scheduling, and materials management.
  • Develop and execute inventory strategies including safety stock, EOQ, and MOQ planning.
  • Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and lead times to improve cost and service performance.
  • Oversee purchasing, shipping, receiving, and planning teams (6+ direct reports).
  • Monitor and reduce excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory.
  • Analyze supply chain KPIs including on-time delivery, cost savings, and efficiency metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing, logistics, and warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, production, and customer service teams.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
  • Promote safety compliance and support training and reporting initiatives.
