Supply Chain Management Analyst
Location: Auburn, Washington
Pay Rate: $35/hour
Onsite | Contract Position
Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our Integrated AeroStructures (IAS) team in Auburn, WA.
In this role, you'll support supply chain functions across all airplane programs. Your expertise will help optimize processes through data-driven decision-making in forecasting, inventory management, and material purchasing. You'll work alongside a highly motivated team of supply chain professionals and subject matter experts to solve complex supply challenges and support the production of world-class aerospace products.
Analyze and incorporate changes into planning decisions to find optimal supply chain solutions
Apply supply chain methodologies to coordinate activities across a global network
Interpret and verify complex material requirements and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
Develop and manage production plans and inventory control strategies
Initiate and release orders by evaluating system requirements and resource availability
Troubleshoot supply and demand issues to ensure on-time delivery
Monitor and resolve order delays and schedule adherence issues
Analyze, disposition, and reduce excess inventory
Support audits and continuous process improvements
Assist with estimates and schedules for new business proposals
Utilize ERP systems (preferably SAP) and tools like Access and Tableau for data analysis and reporting
3+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management
Strong background in supply chain forecasting and planning
Proficiency interpreting Bill of Materials (BOM)
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience combination
Direct experience working with suppliers or in supplier management
Proficiency with Tableau and Microsoft Access for data analysis
